摘要 The effect of heat treatment on electrical conductivity of Cu alloy containing Ni, Al, and rare earth(Ce) alloying elements was studied by metallographic microscope, TEM, SEM/EDS and conductance instrument. The results indicate that heat treatment can improve the electrical conductivity of the material due to the reducing of the solid solution of Cr element in Cu matrix. The better conductivity was obtained after getting solid solution at 980 ℃ for 1 h, and then aging at 500 ℃ for 4 h.
