摘要
钻孔灌注桩后压浆后承载性能得以显著改善,运用有限元分析软件模拟分析了某实际工程钻孔桩在注浆前后的承载性能变化情况,计算值和实测值吻合较好。引入注浆加固体半径和注浆体强度来模拟后压浆对钻孔桩承载力的影响,并指出注浆量的大小对承载力的影响较大,基本上随着加固体半径的增加线性增加,而注浆体强度的影响存在临界值,超过该值后,强度增加的影响甚微。
The bearing capacity of bored pile after post-grouting at the pile end is improved and the numerical simulations of the change of bearing capacity of bored piles before and after grouting of a solid project by FEM are presented.The calculation results are better fit to the tested results.The effects of post-grouting on bearing capacity are simulated considering the radium and strength of grouting soil body.The results show that the grouting volume has a large effect on the bearing capacity and the bearing capacity of bored piles is linearly increased with the increasing of the radium of the grouting soil body.The strength of grouting soil has a limited effect on the bearing capacity and there is a critical strength-value of grouting soil once the shength overs the critical value,the increase of strength on the bearing capacity is few.
