未成年人犯罪问题新探

未成年人犯罪已成为现代社会犯罪中一个越来越突出的问题。未成年人对是非等问题缺乏识别和掌控能力,故自觉或不自觉地就坠入犯罪的泥坑。为了减少和尽量杜绝犯罪,分析当前未成年人犯罪的原因、特征,并结合实际提出未成年人犯罪的对策,力求帮助和保护未成年人健康的成长,从而达到预防犯罪的目的。

Juvenile crime is becoming a more and more serious problems in the modern society.They will commit a crime consciously or anconsciously because they can't tell the right from the wrong and lack the ability of self-control objectively,this essay analyzes the reason and characteristics of the juvenile crime.It also offers solutions to this problem in order to help and protect the juvenile against crime.
