职业技术教育与农村人力资源开发的研究

在我国现代化建设进程中,“三农”问题的核心是农民问题。本文分析了我国农村人力资源的现状及存在的问题,并就通过发展职业技术教育,开发农村人力资源的原则和具体途径提出了看法。
