化工设备是化工企业生产的重要技术物质基础和必要条件,机器设备的管理使用、维护修理将直接关系到化工企业的生产发展和竞争能力。化工设备的维护保养是设备自身运动的客观要求。在多年化工设备保养与维护的实践经验基础上,通过分析化工设备的运行特点和对维护保养的基本要求以及化工设备性能劣化的因素等问题,提出了化工设备在投产前和使用中的保养与维护以及通过加强状态监测和故障管理来促进设备的保养与维护的措施。

The chemical equipments are the important material foundation and essential condition in chemical enterprises.The management of the maintenance and preservation of the machinery equipments is related directly to the production development and the competition ability of the chemical enterprise.On the basis of the practice experiences of the maintenance and preservation of chemical equipment over a long time,the methods of maintenance-before-produce and maintenance-during-produce and the methods of improving the maintenance and preservation through strengthening the state monitoring and fault management are put forward based on the analysis of the operation characteristics of chemical equipments and the basic request of the maintenance.
