摘要
在详细分析各时刻系统全部资源使用情况,深入理解被测对象测试全流程的基础上,对某型空空导弹内场测试仪进行了并行测试的改造设计。硬件上增加了接口转换阵列开关及控制模块;利用 Lab Windows/CVI6.0提供的强大的并行机制进行多线程编程。改造后的测试仪可同时测试两枚某型空空导弹,总用时远远小于传统测试两枚弹的时间,大大提高了整个系统的测试效率,节约了测试成本。
This paper rebuild an air-to-air missile depot test system to parallel test based on deep understand of the use of all resources and responds every second and the missile's test procedure.A connective switch array and its control unit is added in the hardware.Then Lab Windows/CVI6.0 is used for multithresd program by virtue of its powerful parallel mechanism.The parallel test platform is able to test two air-to-air missiles.The test time is far less than the time of test two missiles separately.It improves the test efficiency and save the test cost greatly.
