Study on Sustainable Development Strategy in Chinese Petroleum Industry

石油安全是中国能源安全的核心。中国能源的可持续发展战略,无疑也应把石油的可持续发展置于其关键位置,并为其提供现代石油市场机制的体制保证。中国石油安全问题的根源是国内日益尖锐的资源与需求之间的矛盾,同时也受到国际石油价格的冲击。应对石油安全挑战是中国石油可持续发展战略的核心。中国应实施降低石油进口依赖,积极参与国际石油市场竞争,加强国际石油领域的合作,确保国家石油安全的可持续发展战略。实现中国石油可持续发展,不仅需要保证中国石油安全,而且还必须建立现代石油市场机制,以提供可持续发展的体制保证。

Oil secure is the core of China's energy secure. To implement oil sustainable development strategy in China, modern oil marketing mechanism should be provided. Conflict between resource and demand is the basic problem for oil secure and this problem becomes more and more seriously. Another affecting factor for domestic energy secure is impact of world oil price. To reduce dependence on oil imports and participate into world oil market competition,China should strengthen cooperation in world market and ensure sustainable strategy of domestic oil secure. At the same time, modern oil market mechanism is an important factor to guarantee oil sustainable development.
