石油企业离退休职工管理服务创新探索

Research on Innovation of Administration and Service for Retiree in Petroleum Enterprises

离退体职工的社会化管理和服务是石油企业在改革与发展中面临的一个比较突出的问题。文章对四川石油管理局专业化重组后成立地区区域性公共事务管理中心,把离退休职工的管理与服务纳入其中,实行企社共建共管、共同分担责任的实践和成效作了介绍,对其中存在的问题提出了一些看法。

Socialization management and services for retiree is a prominent question which petroleum enterprises are confronted with in reform and development.from this article, we can know that, after reorganization, Sichuan petroleum administration establishes of public administration center, in which the administration and service for retiree are involved. Enterprise and society get together to manage the services, and to share the responsibilities. This article introduces practices and achievement of the administration, and represents some views on questions that still exist.
