Thoughts on Reinforcing the Development of Specialized Technical Talents in Petroleum Enterprises

从社会经济环境、石油行业特点及企业现行人事管理模式等方面分析了影响和制约石油企业专业技术人才引进、使用和开发的因素,提出了制定企业人才资源规划、改革人力资源管理策略模式与完善人才培养激励机制等吸引、稳定人才的相关措施。

This article analyzes the factors which influence and restrict the introduction, employment and development for specialized talent in petroleum enterprises and proposes some measures to attracts and stabilizes the talents, such as making a plan for human resources oft enterprise, changing the management strategy pattern and improving the prompting framework for cultivation.
