摘要
文章对中外能源效率水平比较时常用的一些说法进行了分析。认为在进行能源效率水平的国际比较时,需要采用多种指标,不宜单一采用GDP能源(能源经济效率)指标,因为它不能反映各国实际能源效率的差异;进行节能潜力分析,需要采用综合指标,产品单耗等具体的能源经济效率指标和能源技术效率的指标更有实际意义。
According to analysis on some common used statements in making international comparison of energy-efficiency evaluation, the results are concluded that multiple indexes are needed to making comparison of energy -efficiency evaluation. The single GDP index cannot reflect the differences of actual energy efficiency among different countries. For analysis of energy —saving potent, comprehensive index is more suitable.
