China's Demand is not the Origin Causing Worldwide Oil Price Up

尽管中国的经济增长和能源消耗与近期石油价格上涨不无关系,但中国需求并非国际油价高企的根源。因为中国只是国际油价的被动承受者,而不是积极影响者,国际油价主要受国际资本的控制和操纵;中国石油需求的增长对世界是机遇而非挑战。相反,要保证中国经济安全,核心内容是调整和优化能源结构,实现能源供给和消费的多元化。

China' s demand is not the origin causing worldwide oil price rise, even though it' s not true that economy growth and energy consumption in China have no any relationships with oil price rise. China can just bear oil price rise passively, but cannot affect oil price positively. World oil price is mainly influenced and controlled by international capital. China' oil demand provides chances to world instead of challenges. On the other hand, the main task for guarantee China' s economy secure is adjustment and optimization ot energy structure and diversification in energy supply and consumption.
