高职院校哲学课分层教学尝试

摘要 传统的"一刀切"教学,不利于全体学生的发展,不利于素质教育的实施,而分层教学则可较好的解决这一问题,真正做到重视学生个体差异。针对不同主体施之以不同的教育,通过分层使几乎所有学生都能有所发展。因此,在哲学教学中,我们按高中起点`,初中起点两个层次在教学目标,教学方法,教学手段等方面进行相应的教学。通过教学实践取得了较好的教学效果。使高中层学生知识得到了丰富,能力得到提高,做到"吃得饱"。初中层的学生,学到了马克思主义哲学基本知识,并受到了良好的德育教育。 Traditional teaching method is not good for the development of all students ,nor for the carrying out of diathesis education. Different-level teaching method can solve this problem very well ,it stresses the difference of individual student. Different main body should be given different education. Almost the abilities of all students can be developed through different-level teaching method. We carry out corresponding teaching in teaching aims, teaching method, and teaching means etc. According to two levels: senior and junior. We have had good teaching effect through practice. The knowledge of senior level students has been enriched, and the abilities has been improved. The junior level students have learned the basic knowledge of philosophy and gained good education.
