摘要
文章从《中国学术期刊网全文库》所收科技奖励论文统计分析、科技奖励的本质、科技奖励的目标、我国科技奖励所取得的成就和科技奖励中存在的问题五个方面论述了我国科技奖励的现状,并对目前我国科技奖励研究的重点、热点和难点及未来发展趋势进行了探讨。
This paper discusses current work and research of Chinese science and technology encouragement from several aspects,including science and technology papers counting and analyzing,the essence,object,achievements and problems of our country's science and technology.At the same time puts forward the important,hot and difficult research problems and the trend of Chinese Chinese science and technology encouragement.
