信息管理与科学评价关系论

On the Relationship of Information Management and Science Evaluation

从文献、文献的计量、引文分析、信息管理的层次、信息管理的对象、信息管理的技术及信息管理学学科体系等诸方面,论述了信息管理与科学评价是相辅相成的关系。信息管理是评价的基础和条件,科学评价是信息管理的重要环节和信息管理目标实现的主要依据。没有科学的评价就没有科学的管理。

This article studies the relationship of information management and science evaluation from the aspects of document,bibliometric,citation analysis,and the levels,objects and technology of information management, then concludes that science evaluation research must be based on the information management and science evaluation is the utilization of the results of information management.
