摘要
利用 ANSYS/LS—DYNA3D 有限元分析软件.对不同锥角的药型罩形成射流过程分别进行了数值模拟和对比分析。结果表明 D 锥角药型罩产生的射流短而粗,射流延展性差;B 锥角药型罩产生的射流细而长,射流延展性好;此结论与文献[9]得到的结论相吻合,验证了该数值仿真模型的正确性,为新型锥形装药产品的开发提供了一种高效的设计方法。
The numerical simulation and contrast analyses is held on the process of shaped charge jet produced by the lin- er of different cone angle in condition of the same kind of explosive by means of the LS-DYNA 3D.The results show that the shaped charge jet formatted by the liner of D cone angle is short,thick and the ductility is weak, but the shaped charge jet formatted by the liner of B cone angle is long,thin and the ductility is better.This result is extraordinary concordance in reference[9]conclusion.The correctness of numerical simulation model is proved.It provides a new de- sign method on the development of new shaped charge products.
