摘要
钛基二氧化铅阳极广泛应用于电解工业,但使用过程会因钛基体的氧化和二氧化铅活性层内应力较大而失效.为解决这些问题,进行了含氧化铱中间层二氧化铅阳极的研究.对钛基体预处理后,用烧结的方法制备氧化铱中间层,然后电沉积二氧化铅活性层.通过SEM分析中间层和活性层的表面形貌;XRD分析中间层的成分以及相结构;Tafel曲线分析阳极的电化学性能;加速寿命试验分析阳极的使用寿命.
Lead dioxide anode is used in electrolyte widely.But it is easy to be invalidation due to oxidation of Ti and inter-stress of β-PbO_2.To solve these problems,lead dioxide anode with IrO_2 mesosphere is studied.Ti is pretreatmented.Then IrO_2 mesosphere is prepared by sintering.At last, β-PbO_2 is electrodeposited.SEM provides information about the morphology of surface coating and mesosphere;XRD provides information about morphology's composition and phase;Tafel curve provides performance of lead dioxide anode;accelerated life test provides life of the anode.
