摘要
通过对应用锥形量热仪CONE试验获得的质量损失速率MLR、热释放速率HRR、有效燃烧热EHC、烟释放速率SPR、点燃时间TTI等参数的分析和研究,分析了阻燃剂对聚氯乙烯绝缘聚氯乙烯护套控制电缆(KVV)阻燃性能的影响,并对电缆阻燃的发展方向提出了自己的看法.
With the widespread use of electric wires and cables all over the world,the call for the improvement of their fire retardant property becomes urgent.It is analyze that some parameters(eg.the heat release rate,smoke extinction area,carbon monoxide yield,time to ignition,mass loss rate) of some materials tested by cone calorimeter.The result shows that the traditional fire retardant agents affect KVV's flame retardant property.The development trend of technique on cables' flame retardancy is also discussed.
