摘要
采用液相法制备纳米氧化锌,平均粒径20 nm.以此纳米氧化锌与乳酸为原料合成纳米乳酸锌晶体,长度600μm,粒径为50~70 nm.考察了反应温度、反应时间、物料配比3个因素对乳酸锌晶体产率的影响,得到了合成纳米乳酸锌晶体的最佳工艺条件;通过XRD,TEM对乳酸锌的结构进行了初步的表征.
Nano ZnO was prepared by liquid phase method at room temperature.The average diameter size is 20?nm.Nano zinc lactate crystalline was synthesized by the reaction of lactic acid with nanometer zinc oxide.The effect of various factors on optional reaction condition was discussed.Best reaction conditions and the higher productivity were obtained.The product was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscope(TEM).
