Study on purification of carbon nanotubes

摘要 采用溴水插层氧化法对碳纳米管初产物进行了纯化研究,通过正交实验得到了最佳纯化条件.收率、比表面积测试(BET)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等的分析结果表明,在最佳纯化条件下碳纳米管的收率为88.54%,比表面积为17.14 m2/g,且TEM视场干净. To obtain a more particular purification condition of carbon nanotubes(CNTs) synthesized by chemical vapor deposition(CVD),it is studied that the purification condition of bromine inserted in CNTs' interbedded and then oxidized.The best condition was through the orthogonal experiments .The product was characterized by BET and TEM.It is found that the BET data is the biggest(17.14),the purification data is comparatively bigger(88.54%) on the best condition.
