摘要
报道了用千瓦级Nd:YAG脉冲激光器对球墨铸铁QT600进行表面重熔的实验.对激光参数与重熔层熔池形貌、表面粗糙度、显微硬度及结构的关系进行了分析,并提出迅速有效地获得最佳激光加工工艺参数的方法,为激光加工技术在工业生产中的应用提供了一个有效途径.
It report that the experiment of surface remelting for nodular cast iron(QT600) with a pulsed 1?kW Nd:YAG laser.Discussed the relationship between the parameter for the laser remelting and the facial look for remelting pool,the surface rough degree,the micro-hardness and microstructure.And bring up the effective method for obtain the optimum technological parameters for the laser remelting.These supply an effective pathway for the use of laser process in industry.
