有机电致白光发光器件的研究进展

Development of study on white organic electroluminescence diodes

摘要 介绍了制备有机电致白光发光器件的几种方法:染料掺杂法、量子阱结构法、激基复合物发光法、微腔结构法、多发光层结构法和利用白光发光材料发光法等.对掺杂型器件中的2种掺杂机制做了较为详细的论述. Some methods of fabricating white organic electroluminescence diodes were introduced,which are utilizing dyes doped,utilizing organic quantum-well structure,utilizing light-emitting from exciplex,utilizing micro-cavity structure,utilizing stacked emitting layer,and utilizing white emitting materials,etc.In doped devices,energy transfer mechanism and carrier trapping mechanism are related in detail.
