摘要
文中从硬件设计,电路实现以及软件设计方面介绍了一种用于记录导弹飞行参数的大容量固态记录器的实现过程,采用4片 FLASH 芯片进行轮换存储,达到了大容量的要求,文中通过分析闪存的特点,介绍了大容量固态记录器的总体设计方案及其原理,并详细描述了高速编程的工作时序以及实现。
The hardware constitution.circuit realization and design of software of the Large-capacity solid state recorder to record guided missile parameter are introduced in the paper.In the system,signal is stored in turn in four pieces of FLASH in order to achieve Large-capacity.In the paper.FLASH's characteristic is analyzed,and the design subject and principle of the system is introduced,and scheduling and state among each module is described in detail.
