Simulation Test Technology of a Certain Missile Based on Functional Model

针对某型导弹装备的测试需求,采用基于功能模型的测试方法,建立了导弹装备一级检测和二级检测的模拟测试模型。然后,在 PXI 总线基础上构建了导弹自动测试系统,研制开发了相应的自动测试设备 ATE和测试程序集 TPS,满足了导弹装备外场和内场检测的需求。

For the test requirement of a certain missile,the missile simulation test models of first-level and second- level test are built by adopting the test method based on functional model.Then,the automatic test system of missile is set up based on PXI bus and the corresponding ATE and TPS are developed in order to meet the need of line and shop test.
