摘要
探讨了杆式穿甲弹的一种新型弹芯与弹托的啮合方案,即采用变齿隙结构方案。用 ANSYS 对其进行的动态分析表明,与传统弹托的啮合方式比较,本方案的弹托危险齿根面的最大等效应力值减少了30%以上,并且新方案各齿面间的应力水平趋于接近,使材料强度得以充分发挥。不但为进一步降低穿甲弹的脱壳干扰提供了有效的技术途径,改善射击密集度,而且为低密低强材料弹托设计提出了一种可行方法。
This paper discussed a new meshing scheme of armor-piercing core and sabot of long rod AP,which is adopting the structure of variational tooth clearance.Gave a dynamic analysis of this scheme using ANSYS.the results showed that,contrasted the stress level of traditional sabot'meshing scheme,after adopting the new meshing scheme the stress of the dangerous tooth surface can decrease by upwards of 30% compared with the stress of traditional sabot,and it can make the stress level of every tooth surface close to each other,and make the best of the material intensity.The study fruits of this paper offered a feasible technique approach for decreasing the disturbance of sabot-discarding of armor piercing projectile,ameliorated the density of hits,and offered a feasible method for sabot design with the material of low density and low intensity.
