New Three Points Measurement of Column Structure's Mass Centroid and Centroidal Deviation

提出了一种新型的测量方法——柱体的质量、质心及质偏新三点测量法,论述了其测量原理,分析了三点测量方法的优缺点,经过比较,得出结论:新三点测量法质偏测量精度高,测试方法简单,只要在一种状态下测量两次就可得出被测柱体的质量、质心及质偏三个参数,同时测试装置加工和调试都较容易。具有原三点测量法和四点测量法的优点,是一种实用的测量方法。

In this paper,we brought forward a new-the new three points measurement of column structure's mass, centroid,and centroidal deviation.The paper discussed the measure principle of the new measurement,it analyzed the merits and flaws of three measurements,and got the conclusion:the new three points measurement have high precision at the centroidal deviation's measuring,and the method is simple.It can get the three parameters of the column by measuring twice in one state,at the same time,the machining of testing equipment and the debugging both are easy.The method have the merits of three points measurement and four points measurement,it is a kind of applied measurement.
