摘要
复合材料在火炮身管的应用有利于减轻身管质量,提高身管刚度。基于三维各向异性单元和三维层合单元分别建立了复合材料身管有限元分析模型,进行了强度分析和模态分析。结合复合形优化算法,对复合材料身管进行了结构优化,优化结果表明,复合材料身管在满足强度和减重要求的条件下,刚度得到了很大的提高。
The application of composite materials in the barrel can reduce its weight and improve its stiffness.This paper is focused on structure analysis and optimization of composite barrel.The finite element models of composite material barrel were established separately with 3D anisotropic element and 3D laminated element.The strength analysis and modal analysis were performed.Based on the Complex Method(CM).feasible optimization model was developed and solved.The results indicate that the stiffness of barrel is improved prominently with the constraints of strength and weight requirements.
