无线电罗盘自动检测系统的研制

The Research of Radio Compass Auto Checking System

采用自动化检测手段对罗盘进行检测、维修是当今装备维修发展趋势。文中提出了一种基于 PC 总线技术,以工控机为控制核心的自动检测系统,介绍了系统的工作原理及组成部分,分析并阐述了系统硬、软件的设计和实现过程。该系统具有实时数据处理能力以及拥有良好的人机交互界面,完全符合罗盘大修的工艺检测标准,该系统已经在航空大修厂中用于实际的罗盘检修工作。

The design of auto test system based on PC bus technology is presented in this paper.Meanwhile the principle and composition are described.The construction of the hardware and software are proposed then.The system is charac- terized with real-time process and good man-machine face,it accords with standard of compass's repaired test,and the system is used for repairing compass in the air-servicing factory.
