摘要
采用有限元结构分析软件包 ANSYS,对某型雷管的压药进程中壳体的弹塑性大变形力学行为、塑性失稳现象的研究方法进行了数值仿真计算。分析了工程中火药的压缩模量对雷管壳的"挤鼓"的塑性失稳现象的影响,引出了有益的结论。
This paper uses FEM software package ANSYS to numerical imitate the elastic and plastic deform and plasticity unsteadiness phenomenon of detonator in pressure.It analyses the cohension effect on plasticity unsteadiness phenomenon of detonator shelly which is called'crush knob'in the project;we drawn the beneficial experience and conclusion.
