非线性传输线倍频器的设计

摘要 介绍了非线性传输线的倍频原理,建立了一种完整的倍频器电路模型。在对非线性传输线、线低通滤波器等电路进行详细设计的基础上,设计了一个 V 频段宽带三倍频器。该倍频器输入中心频率20GHz.仿真结果显示在20%的带宽内倍频效率为15%。 In this paper,the theory of Nonlinear Transmission-Line(NLTL)frequency multiplier was discussed and the complete model of it was given.After NLTL and finline low pass filter were designed in detail,the NLTL broadband tripler at V band was realized.Simulation results show that the tripler exhibits 15% conversion efficiency at 20 GHz with about 20% bandwidth.
