System integration principles of forest vegetation restoration and reconstruction project.

为解决以往我国森林植被恢复重建工作中存在的技术含量和管理水平低下的问题,根据与森林生态恢复工程相关的自然与社会科学原理及工程技术方法,提出了森林植被恢复重建工程系统集成的概念、技术流程和技术集成体系.技术流程包括:①森林退化的监测与诊断;②森林植被恢复重建工程的可行性分析;③集成规划与设计;④集成实施;⑤评估;⑥集成管理体系等.技术集成体系有:①森林植被恢复重建监测、诊断、发布与预测的集成技术;②不同层次退化森林生态系统的重构或重组集成技术;③森林生态系统生态--经济价值恢复的集成技术;④森林生态系统信息网络重构与延展的集成技术;⑤森林植被恢复重建工程管理的系统集成技术.

In order to improve the technology and management level of forest vegetation restoration and reconstruction in China,the authors put forward the concept,technology process and technology integration system of forest vegetation restoration and reconstruction project.The technology process of forest vegetation restoration and reconstruction project includes: 1) monitoring and diagnoses of degraded forests;2) feasibility analysis;3)integration planning;4) integration application;5) assessing;6)integration management system.The technology integration system of forest vegetation restoration and reconstruction engineering includes: 1) the integration technology of monitoring,diagnoses,publicizing and forecast;2) the reconstruction integration technology of degraded forest ecosystem;3) the restoration integration technology of ecological and economic value of forest ecosystem;4) the reconstruction and prolongation integration technology of information network of forest ecosystem;5) the system integration technology of project management.
