摘要
在详细分析油气产能建设项目评价中所涉及的评价指标基础上,利用神经网络的非线性映射、推理和预测的特点,建立了油气产能建设项目评价模型,同时对所选的决策变量利用敏感性分析进行优化。模型弥补了传统德尔菲法主观估计权重的缺陷,模型的运用使石油公司更为客观地对产能建设项目进行排队和分类,使产能建设年度计划预安排更加科学化。
On the basis of detail analysis evaluation indexes in evaluating the hydrocarbon productivity project,in consideration of the characteristics of nonlinear mapping,inference and prediction,a model for evaluating the productivity project is established,and at the same time the decision variation is optimized by sensitivity analysis.The model is used to compensate the errors in traditional estimated weight method,the classification of project is objectively and scientific pre-arrangement for a yearly plan of the construction project is carried out in the oilfield.
