摘要
为探讨微生物采油技术在吉林油田应用的可行性,掌握微生物采油技术的基本方法、原理、特点及矿场实施工艺,较为系统地开展了矿场应用先导性试验。通过扶余油田单井微生物吞吐、水井微生物调驱,前大油田微生物清防蜡,新立油田解堵增注矿场试验的基因跟踪检测和动态分析,说明了影响矿场试验增产效果的主要因素。微生物吞吐250井次,增油18703t;微生物清防蜡591井次,增油22178t;水井微生物调驱13井次,增油6095t;激活本源菌7井次,增油709t;投入产出比大于1∶2。微生物采油技术见效慢、增产幅度小,但经济效益好。
In order to approach on the feasibility of microbial oil recovery techniques in Jilin Oilfield,master its basic methods,principles,characters and field application techniques.A pilot test is conducted systematically in the field.The techniques are used for microbial soak,microbial profile control in Fuyu Oilfield,for microbial paraffin removal and control in Qianda Oilfield and also used for gene tracking detection and dynamic analysis on field test of plugging removal and augmented injection in Xinli Oilfield for the purpose of indicating the main factors influencing the effect of augmented injection of the field test.The microbial soak is carried out in 250 wells with oil increment of 18703t,and the microbial paraffin removal and control are deployed in 591 wells with oil increment of 22178t,its profile control is conducted on 13 water wells with oil increment of 6095t;original fungus are activated in 7 wells with oil increment of 709t,the input-output ratio is 1∶2.the microbial recovery is slow effect,production increase level is low,but economic profit is good.
