摘要
以水泥为胶结材的混凝土已成为用量最大、使用领域最广的建筑材料,并被誉为第一结构材料。但是,水泥混凝土本身造成的“脆性”和难以完全避免的“不密实性”,使它不能满足更多方面的使用要求,尤其不能满足在严酷环境中的使用。为了改善混凝土的脆性、不密实性,在混凝土中加入有机聚合物,从而形成聚合物水泥混凝土。试验中,在混凝土中加入硅粉以改善由于聚合物引起的抗压强度和密实度下降的问题。本文利用隧道排矸石作为混凝土的粗骨料,来配制聚合物水泥混凝土,具有显著的社会效益、经济效益与环境效益。
The concrete which is made of cement as matrix material has been become the building material whose demand is the biggest and whose application field is the most extensive.And it is called the first structure material.But the nature of the cement concrete cause unavoidable'brittle behavior' and 'non compactness', Which make it not satisfy more application require,especially it can't satisfy the application under the bitter environment.Polymer cement concrete which emerges to avoid the brittle behavior and non compactness of concrete is the compound material of organic high molecular polymer and concrete.The experiment adds ganister sand in order to compensate the reduced compression strength and the not compactness which is led to the mix of polymer.In the paper,the waste rock had been used to compound polymer cement to have spreading applied vistas and society,economy and environment benefit.
