摘要
该工程从地下2层至地上8层共浇筑1 088m3C100混凝土。C100钢管混凝土叠合柱层高5.1~4.2m,采用泵送和局部吊斗两种施工方式,保证了分层浇筑、连续施工。严格控制原材料及生产、运输、施工等过程。现场共收集144组试件,28d抗压强度总平均值为119.1MPa。混凝土具有良好的工作性,不离析,不泌水,泵送顺畅。
This project totally consumed 1?088m^3 concrete of C100 for construction stories from the second story of underground to the eighth story of the building.Folding column of steel tubing concrete of C100 is 5.1~4.2m high,which was positioned by two methods,one is by pump and the other is by cableway bucket.The methods made the process of casting by layer and continuously.The processes such as production,transportation and construction of raw material were strictly controlled.144 groups of specimen with the mean compressive strength of 119.1 MPa were collected on site.The concrete had good workability and was non-segregative,non-bleeding and well-pumped.
