结合青岛奥运帆船赛基地建设的工程实例,分析了临海复杂地质条件下基坑开挖的技术难点,介绍了奥帆赛工程止水帷幕及地基处理的设计和施工技术,提出了利用旋喷桩止水帷幕与地基处理相结合解决临海复杂地质条件下深基坑施工难点的综合技术。

With the analyzing of technical difficulties in foundation excavation under seaside complex geological condition at Qingdao Olympic sailing Regatta Project,the paper introduces the design and construction techniques for waterproofing curtain wall and foundation treatment adopted in the above mentioned project,and suggests the compositive techniques that combine rotary sprayed waterproofing piling curtain wall system with foundation treatment techniques to figure out the construction difficulties in deep foundation under seaside complex geological conditions.
