外加剂滞水掺入工艺在苏通大桥的运用

摘要 外加剂滞水掺入法是在混凝土拌和物已经加水搅拌1~3min后,再加入外加剂,并继续搅拌到适当的搅拌时间。采用外加剂滞水掺入法可有效减小坍落度经时损失,也可减少外加剂掺量,苏通大桥的成功运用证明外加剂滞水掺入是完全可行的,并且可以预见该工艺有着良好的社会效益和巨大的经济效益。 With the technique of additives mixing with retarding water,the additives are added into the concrete mixture which has been blended with water for 1~3min.and then the mixture is blended continuously to the appropriate blending time.This technique can effectively decrease the slump loss vs time,and reduce the amount of additives used.Its successful application in the No.1 stayed-cable bridge in the world – Sutong Yangtze River Highway Bridge shows that this technique is completely feasible,and it can be expected that this technique will offer good social efficiency and massive economic efficiency.
