全埋式钢筋混凝土贮水池上浮事故的分析及处理 被引量:4

摘要 通过对600m3全埋式钢筋混凝土贮水池的质量事故现状进行仔细测量与检查、并结合地质情况和事故发生的经过,准确分析了贮水池上浮隆起出现结构裂缝的主要原因,在保留原水池的要求下,采取井点降水、压密注浆、贮水池增设钢筋混凝土内衬以及局部有针对性的采取防水修补的技术措施,使该水池基本复位,地基承载力达到原设计标准要求,池体贮水功能恢复正常。经过处理已投入使用5年至今运行正常无投诉。虽池体容积略有损失,但采取返修技术措施比返工重做节约25.6万元资金投入。 Through going on measurement carefully and checking the quality accident current situation of reinforced concrete,and combining geological situation and processing that accident happen all to 600 m3 burying type reinforced concrete water tank completely,this paper have analyzed the main reason which presents the structure crack that the storage cistern goes up and rises accurately,under the request of keeping the original pond,take some precipitation of well,press the dense note thick liquid,storage cistern to set up the inside lining of armored concrete and some pointed taking the waterproof technological measure that mend,make this pond restored to the throne basically,the ground bears the weight of strength reaches the original design standard to require,the pool body stores water function and returns to normal.Through dealing with coming into operation,it ran normally and has not complained so far in five years.Although the pool body volume has loss slightly,take and reprocess technological measure do and economize 256,000 Yuan fund input again doing over again.
