摘要
完成了对目前光电转换效率最高的商品单晶硅太阳电池的结构分析,并结合其结构特点得到了影响转换效率的关键因素.完成了全背电极太阳电池的版图设计,采用高少子寿命硅材料,进行了多项工艺实验,发现绒面制作前的硅片表面预处理条件对短路电流值有重要影响,预处理时间的不同造成短路电流值有显著差别.
The structure of the commercial silicon solar cells which have the highest efficiency at present is analyzed and the key factor which affects the efficiency with the typical structure of the cells is found.The layouts of the all back-contact solar cells are designed,with that,conducting several technical experiments using the silicon material which has long minority carrier lifetime.It shows that pretreatment condition of the preparation of textured single-crystal silicon is very important for the short circuit current,and the different pretreatment time lead to different short circuit current.
