利用脉冲场凝胶电泳测定东湖浮游病毒基因组的大小 被引量:11

摘要 采用脉冲场凝胶电泳,对东湖水样中的浮游病毒基因组大小进行了测定,显示5条主要核酸带,其大小分别为20、50、100、150和250 kb,以20~60 kb的核酸带为强,而这符合噬菌体和噬藻体的基因组主要范围,进一步证实东湖浮游病毒的优势类群为噬菌体和噬藻体. The genome size of virioplankton from Donghu Lake was detected by pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE) during March 2005.Five nucleic acid bands were observed,being 20,50,100,150 and 250 kb respectively,the genome size of most virioplankters were 20-60 kb,and the genome size of virioplankton ranged from 15 to 300 kb.The evidence to date suggests that virioplankton communities are composed principally of bacteriophages and cyanophage.
