摘要
基于在美国和以色列普通鲤鱼和锦鲤中分离了一种新的疱疹病毒,命名为锦鲤疱疹病毒(KHV)或鲤鱼肾炎鳃坏死病毒(CNGV).本文根据GenBank登记的KHV序列设计了两对特异性引物,在我国患病的锦鲤样品中检测到该类病毒DNA.经对PCR产物进行克隆测序,结果表明与GenBank登记序列完全一致.用组织匀浆上清人工感染健康锦鲤,并从试验感染鱼组织中检测到KHV病毒DNA.该结果表明KHV或CNGV已经传播到我国,应引起重视.
One new emerging herpesvirus was isolated from Cyprinus carpio koi and common carp in USA and Israel.The newly recognized viral agent was designated as koi herpesvirus(KHV) according to its morphological characteristics or carp nephritis and gill necrosis virus(CNGV) according to its pathological change.Outbreak occurs when water temperatures range from 18-28 ℃.Economic losses were caused to ornamental industry and carp-raising industry in some countries for the high mortality of KHV/CNGV.Two specific pairs of primers were designed and viral DNA was detected from the diseased koi collected from Hainan,2004.Healthy koi was experimentally infected by homogenate of KHV infected liver.All the infected animals were dead and viral DNA could be detected from these experimentally infected koi tissues,suggesting that the KHV has prevalent in China.
