五菱易通公司装配线改进设计

摘要 本设计运用流水线平准化理论与工作研究方法,通过对五菱易通汽车空调有限公司现有装配流水线的调查分析,找出了其不合理的根源并进行了改进。首先,在原有资源不变的前提下,本设计采用试凑法对两条装配线重新进行了平衡设计,以使装配线占用空间最少,各工作位的作业时间尽可能跟上节奏,达到按节奏生产与高效率的要求;然后,采用线路图、流程图等对物料流动与设备布置进行分析研究,以最大限度地缩短物料的搬运距离,进一步提高装配线的生产效率和生产能力,降低单位产品的生产成本,增强企业的竞争能力,为企业发展壮大创造有利条件。 Based on investigating and analyzing the present assembly line of Wu Ling Yi Tong air conditioning limited company, the design utilizes assembly line balance theory and the work research technique to discover the unreasonable roots and improve. First, under the original resources invariable premise, the paper adopts the balance design for two assembly lines by using the cut method, which makes them take the least space, and the work time of each work position follows the rhythm as far as possible, and achieves rhythmic production and the high efficiency request; second, it analyzes the following material and the arrangement of their equipments by using the circuit diagram and the flow chart, etc. so as to minimize the transporting distance of the material, to further enhance the production efficiency and the productivity of the assembly line, to reduce the production cost of the unit product, to enhance enterprise's unexpectedly struggle ability, and to create the advantage for the enterprise development.
