摘要
本设计以五菱专用车公司总装车间装配A线为对象,采用工作研究的技术方法,以流程程序图、线路图、联合操作图等分析各工作方法,对工位内部的操作进行改进;根据企业目标计算装配线标准节拍,对改进工作方法后的工位工作时间进行修正,重新确定工位数,提高时间利用率;采用工序同期化方法,使各个工位的时间尽可能接近生产节拍,达到装配线所需要的工作地最少,减少忙闲不均的现象,降低工人劳动强度,实现高效率和按节奏生产等目标。
This design, viewing general assembly workshop A line of WULING special-purpose vehicle company as an object, adopts technological method of working study to analyze every work method and improves the operation of station inside with flowing process chart, circuit diagram, jointly functional diagram, etc. According to enterprise's goal, it calculates the standard time of assembly line, revises the station working time after improving the work method, confirms station number again and enhances the utility ratio of beat; the method of process synchronization should be adopted in order to make each time of station close to the beat of producing as much as possible,reach the working place of the assembly line need at least, reduce the uneven phenomenon with the busy and idle, lower worker's labor intensity, realize the goals of the high efficiency and producing according to rhythm.
