摘要
汽车覆盖件是指构成汽车车身或驾驶室、覆盖发动机和底盘的薄金属板料制成的异形体表面和内部零件。本文介绍了汽车覆盖件模具设计中拉延模与修边模的设计。所设计的拉延模是前地板中通道加强板的拉延模,修边模设计的是地板后横梁内板的修边模。分析了前地板中通道加强板与地板后横梁内板的成形可行性与冲裁方向,根据零件的拉深较大,型面复杂,成形工艺难,确定了它们的合理的冲压工序。通过对前地板中通道加强板与地板后横梁内板的工艺分析,确定科学合理的冲压方案,减少模具的投入,提高生产效率,分析了拉延模与修边模汽车覆盖件模具结构特点,并针对工艺介绍了结构设计。
The auto covering is the different surface and the internal spare parts which is composed of car carriage or bridge houses and the overlay of the launching machine with the bedrock thin metals plank anticipating.This paper introduces the drawing die and the fixing side die of automobiles covering parts. The design of drawing die is the front floor inside passage to strengthen the platen, side die design is a back crossbeams inside plate in floor to fix the side die. It analyzes the possibility process forming and the cutting direction with the front floor passage to enhance the plate and the back crossbeams inside plate, according to the spare parts of pulling deeply bigger, it is complicated and difficult to take shape craft and make their reasonable pressing procedure. Based on the analysis of the processing technology of the front floor passage that enhances the plate and the back crossbeam inside plate, the scientific reasonable pressing process is determined, which can reduce the investment, and increase the production efficiency. It also analyzes the characteristics of the drawing die and the fixing side die for auto covering parts, and the structure of the die design according to the processing technology.
