C区宾馆综合大楼框架——剪力墙结构抗风、抗震结构设计

完成了宾馆综合大楼框架—剪力墙高层结构的抗风、抗震结构设计。主要内容包括:1.工程概况与结构体系的选择;2.结构布置;3.荷载计算;4.刚度计算;5.水平荷载作用效应分析;6.框架以及壁式框架梁、柱弯矩的计算;7.单片剪力墙的弯矩轴力计算;8.重力荷载作用框架和剪力墙的内力计算;9.剪力墙墙肢及过梁内力计算;10.荷载效应组合;11.截面设计。整个设计围绕延性设计这一思想进行,力求体现建筑师的设计风格,不违背建筑设计的意图,体现强柱弱梁、强剪弱弯、强节点、强锚固的要求。

The anti-breeze and anti-earthquake design of the frame-shear wall construction for hotel is completed. The main content includes: 1.the general situation and the choice of construction system; 2.the construction arrange; 3.loading calculation; 4.the stiffness calculation; 5.the effect analysis of the level load function; 6. the bending moment calculation of the frame beam ,pillar and cliff frame beam、pillar; 7. the calculation of the bending moment and axial force of the single slice frame-shear wall; 8.the inside force calculation of the frame and shear wall under the gravity load ; 9.the inside force calculation of the shear wall limb and over beam; 10.the combination of load effect; 11.the design of the section.The whole design processes around the thought of ductility design and try hard for the principles of architect's design style ,based on not breaking buildings intention of the design , the principles of the strong pillar and weak beam,strong shear and weak bending ,and strong node and strong anchor.
