摘要
绩效考核工作是为提高员工工作绩效而制定的一套相关工作指标以及在员工工作过程中监督实施指标和在特定周期内检查指标完成情况的一个过程。绩效考核行之有效的办法就是在绩效考核工作流程中采用信息化技术,追求高效率、结果准确、流程规范的作用。本文以柳州卷烟厂的绩效考核体系为背景,依据公司绩效考核内容,采用结构化开发方法,从企业实际入手,分析企业信息化需求,得出系统的结构框架和模块划分。结构化、模块化,自顶向下地分析和设计一个集考核数据存储、考核结果统计、排序、考核查询、报表功能为一体的专用的绩效考核系统。
Performance appraisal job can be viewed as a procedure which establishes a set of relative job target, improves employees' performances and practices in the course of working, checks the situation whether the target is completed or not in a certain circle. In order to achieve the aim which can improve employees' performances must be based on the effective performance appraisal job. The best way is to integrate workflow with information technology, to attain the aim with a high productive, accurate result, formulate workflow and obvious function. Under the background of LiuZhou Cigarette Company's performance system and on the basis of its relative performance evaluation and content,this paper presents a system, from top to bottom, which integrates performance data storing, performance result calculating, query, and report with an approach named structural approach, structural, modal.
