对保持和加强大学生党员先进性教育的若干思考

高等院校是培养建设有中国特色社会主义事业接班人的重要阵地。如何教育、培养学生党员践行“三个代表”重要思想,充分发挥先锋模范作用,增强党的战斗力、凝聚力和吸引力,是高等院校学生党建工作的重要组成部分和基础环节。本文从加强学生党员的理论修养、完善组织建设以及“以人为本”提高综合素质三个方面,对建立学生党员先进性教育的长效机制进行探索,以期对今后工作实践有所启迪和帮助。

The institutions of higher learning are important places where qualified successors of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics are fostered.In order to implement the important thought of Three Represents and be pioneer models,carrying out an education among student Communist Party Members,is becoming an important and fundamental constituent of the work of strengthening and improving the Party building in institutions of higher learning.And by this,the Party will be full of vigor and vitality so that its battle effectiveness,cohesive force and attraction are enhanced.This article tries to make an exploration in how to establish a persistently effective mechanism that ensures the educating of advanced exemplary spirits among student Communist Party Members.Three aspects are mainly expatiated,which are the raising of student party members' theoretical level,the improving of the Party building,and the implementing of the conception of student-based policy to realize an all-round development among student party Members.This article is hoped to bring forth an inspiration and help to the future practical work.
