摘要
“三个代表”重要思想是新时期党建的根本指导思想,加强党的执政能力建设,也必须贯彻这一指导思想其一,加强党的执政能力建设是“三个代表”重要思想的题中之义;其二,加强党的执政能力建设是共产党执政规律的必然要求;其三,加强党的执政能力建设是一项系统工程,必须坚持以“三个代表”重要思想的科学理论作指导。
“Three Represents”is a guideline for party building as well as for strengthening party governing.First,strengthening party governing is a component of “Three Represents”.Second,it is prerequisite of party leadership.Third,it a systematic project,which must comply with “Three Represents”theory.
