由苏联剧变谈加强党的执政能力建设

执政体制僵化,执政能力衰退是导致苏联亡党亡国的重要原因。为避免重蹈覆辙,中国共产党必须吸取经验教训,结合国际国内实际情况,从党组织、党员两方面入手,采取切实可行的措施,坚持不懈地加强党的执政能力建设。

Rigid political system and decline in governing capability are a major cause of the breakup of Soviet Union and its communist party.To avoid history repeating itself,the Communist Party of China must draw lessons from the former Soviet Union and take practical measures,with respect to party organization and members,to strengthen the party's governing capability.
