山东经济社会发展存在的问题及对策

山东经济社会的发展目前还存在着一系列的问题,产生这些问题的最主要的原因是广泛存在于山东经济社会中的体制性障碍。在全面建设小康社会的背景下,要消除制约山东经济社会发展的体制性障碍,顺利实现建设“大而强、富而美”新山东的宏伟目标,应该有新的思路,新的举措。

Presently,development of economy society in Shandong province also has series of problems.The main reason about these is system obstruction that exists widespreadly economy society.Under the civcumstacne of establishing all-round and well-off society,to remove system obstruction and to realize great objective of new Shandong which is “big and strong,rich and beautiful”,we should have new thinking and new measures.
