群体性与个体性教育要以人? ?

成人教育是我国高等教育重要组成部分。开展成人教育,要以人为本,注意群体性教育和个体性教育相结合。在群体性教育中,要鼓励参与、教学相长;要科学安排、方法适当。在个体性教育中,要引导其互尊互敬、扬长避短;要量体裁衣、因材施教;要因势利导、发展个性。

Adult education is one of the most importants parts in our higher education.To develop adult education,the combination between group education and individual education should be paid attention to,based on humanism,In group education,encouraging participation,learning form one another and making progress together should be arranged properly.In individual education,we should pay attention to the following:respecting one another;developing the good points and avoiding the weak ones;teaching students according to their aptitude;guiding them along the course of development.
